The care team are exceptional and extremely attentive to my mother. She has even managed to gain weight, which we struggled with while caring for her at home. Wray Park have managed to get through to her, and she now joins in all their activities. Her sense of humour and her cheekiness have returned, which is refreshing to see. Lovely feeling from the moment you walk in. The staff are courteous and always smiling, with a lovely family feel. The home has kept me informed of my mum’s care and their communication has been excellent. They lay on all sorts of activities and encourage residents to get involved, and her room is clean and tidy at all times.

After visiting quite a few homes, we are so glad that Mum is at Wray Park. Mum has dementia, and with Dad unwell and all of us working full time, a care home became the only safe option, which was a very emotional decision. Wray Park felt different from the moment we walked in. It is a genuinely lovely place, and the carers and the whole team leave us feeling completely reassured. The residents are warm, kind and welcoming, which makes such a difference. Because it is my mum, and because she is content, I felt I had to say this.
